7 Alleged Hudson Valley Drug Dealers Arrested

An undercover investigation led to seven charged with trafficking heroin and crack cocaine in the Hudson Valley.

A several month long undercover investigation into the illicit sales heroin and crack cocaine in the City of Port Jervis and Town of Deerpark conducted by the Port Jervis City Police Department in partnership with the Town of Deerpark Police, Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group, Orange County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Police and the FBI Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force resulted in the following arrests:

Keime Porter, 20, of Patterson, N.J. was arrested for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police allegedly recovered 300 bags of heroin and five grams of crack cocaine at the time of this arrest.

Ilyanette Crespo, 26, of Port Jervis was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Justin Paduani, 26, of Port Jervis was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Omar Latimore, 35, of Port Jervis was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Ralph Mann, 32, of Barryville and 33-year-old Dawn Bohm of Port Jervis where both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Jose Cruz, 37, of Port Jervis, was arrested for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, criminally using drug paraphernalia.

"These arrests demonstrate a clear increase in the production and illicit trafficking of heroin being experienced over the past couple of months," Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said.
