A man and woman were found sentenced in a sex trafficking case in which a teen was filmed being raped and sexually assaulted.

On Tuesday in Orange County Court,  25-year-old Franeisha Patterson of Newburgh and 20-year-old Cally Graham of the Bronx were each sentenced to 18 years in state prison in connection with the December 12, 2017, forcible rape and sexual assault of a teenage girl in a Newburgh apartment.

Two other participants in the crime, Franiqua Patterson and Daniel Wapples, previously pleaded guilty to felonies in connection with the crime. Franiqua Patterson pleaded guilty to sex trafficking, Wapples pleaded guilty to the rape.

The rape victim was a 15-year-old runaway who was sex trafficked by Franiqua Patterson for approximately a month before the rape occurred, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.

On December 12, 2017, the teen went to Franeisha Patterson’s apartment in the City of Newburgh, where all four defendants were present. Franeisha Patterson ordered the victim to have sex with her boyfriend, Graham. Franiqua Patterson ordered the victim to have sex with her boyfriend, Wapples.

Both women repeatedly made those demands, despite the teen's refusal. Wapples forcibly raped the victim, while Graham forcibly orally sodomized her. Franiqua and Franeisha watched the crime from a nearby couch, while Franiqua recorded the crime on her cellphone, officials say.

The victim cried during the incident and the four defendants repeatedly yelled at her, laughed at her and cursed at her, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
