Dutchess County Teen Accused of Owning Child Porn
A Dutchess County teen is facing felony charges for allegedly possessing child porn.
On Friday, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested a 17-year-old from Fishkill for possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
On Thursday, members of the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit, and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks executed a search warrant at a home in the town of Fishkill.
During the search warrant, the 17-year-old man was found to be in possession of child pornography, according to State Police.
The 17-year-old from Fishkill was arraigned at the Town of Fishkill Court and he was released under the supervision of probation.
