Alleged Superintendent Pooper From Hudson Valley Paid $100,000

The former Hudson Valley resident who's accused of pooping on a rival high school's football field will receive over $100,000 from his school district despite resigning over the allegations.

Thomas Tramaglini is accused of defecating daily on the Holmdel High School football field while serving as the superintendent of the Kenilworth School District. The two school districts are about 25 miles apart, according to Google Maps.

Tramaglini attended John Jay High School in Hopewell Junction. He was arrested in April after he was allegedly caught on video leaving his own feces near the track at Holmdel High School.

Holmdel school officials set up video surveillance after human feces was found on or near the football field and track almost every day.

In July, he resigned from his position effective Sept. 30.

According to NJ Advance Media, the school district and Tramaglini came to an agreement which pays the former John Jay East Fishkill student his full salary, through Sept. 30, two months severance pay and $23,827 in unused vacation days.

Since his arrest and suspension in May, the school district has continued to pay Tramaglini his salary, which comes out to well over $100,000.
