Ulster County Man Raped Child, Police Say
An Ulster County man is accused of raping a child.
On Sunday, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Highland barracks arrested 25-year-old Sean Roff of Ulster on charges of rape, criminal sexual act and disseminating indecent material to a minor, all felonies.
Roff was arraigned in the Town of Plattekill Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond.
