Kingston Man Charged After Urinating on Saugerties Lawn, Police Say
An Ulster County man is accused of exposing himself to a woman while urinating on her front lawn.
On Monday, Saugerties police charged 39-year-old Dyron K. Green of Kingston with public lewdness, a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on May 21.
On May 21, Saugerties Police responded to a report of a man that had exited a vehicle on West Bridge Street and exposed himself to a female resident while he was urinating on her front lawn, police say.
An investigation led police to allege Green was the man responsible. He was processed at police headquarters and then released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Saugerties Court.
