Police: Wanted Texas Man Found Working in Hudson Valley
A man wanted from Texas was found allegedly working in the Hudson Valley.
Just past noon on Tuesday, members of the Red Hook Police Department arrested 27-year-old Rafael Enrique Sosa III of San Antonio, TX on Holt Road in the Town of Red Hook.
The Red Hook Police Department was notified by New York State Parole that Sosa was possibly working in the area. Upon an investigation by police officers, they were able to identify Sosa and confirmed he was a fugitive from Justice from the State of Texas, police say.
Sosa was charged with being a fugitive from justice and remanded to Dutchess County Jail with no bail.
