A Hudson Valley man is facing more child porn charges.

In March, New York State Police arrested Nicholas J. Terilli, 34, of Pine Plains for use of a child in a sexual performance, a class C felony, possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Troopers responded to a home on Main Street in Pine Plains for a domestic dispute and found child porn during an investigation into the domestic incident, police say.

A further investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Child Advocacy Center of Dutchess County and the Dutchess County District Attorney’s office led to the seizure of multiple storage devices which allegedly contained child pornography.

A grand jury recently issued a criminal indictment additionally charging Terilli with two counts use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of sexual abuse, two counts of sexual performance by a child, all felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
