NYSP: Domestic Dispute Investigation Leads To Child Porn Charges
An investigation into a domestic dispute led to a Hudson Valley man's arrest for allegedly owning child porn.
On Friday, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Nicholas J. Terilli, 34, of Pine Plains for use of a child in a sexual performance, a class C felony, possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
A further investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Child Advocacy Center of Dutchess County and the Dutchess County District Attorney’s office led to the seizure of multiple storage devices which allegeldy contained child pornography.
Terilli was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 secure bond.
