Cops: Man Who Crashed Into Home Fatally Shot, Suspects on the Run
Police believe a lower Hudson Valley man was fatally shot before crashing his car into a home and say as many as three suspects are on the loose.
On Tuesday around 10:30 p.m., the Spring Valley Police Department received multiple calls reporting a car crashed into a building in the area of 7 Prospect Gardens and the driver was unconscious.
Police found the driver, 28-year-old Juvenson Paul of Spring Valley, dead in the BMW. On Wednesday, police said the death was being investigated as a homicide but didn't provide more details.
On Thursday, the Spring Valley Police Department said Paul was fatally shot prior to the car accident. A dark-colored 4-door sedan possibly occupied by three people was observed fleeing the scene of the homicide towards Ewing Ave in Spring Valley, police say.
