3 Arrested In Ulster County On Drug Charges
An investigation into heroin sales from an Ulster County apartment led to three arrests.
On Tuesday, Kingston police finished an investigation into heroin sales from the Rondout Garden Apartments. The invesgation led to the arrests of Kingston residents Troy M. Gray, 52, 31-year-old Caryn-Elizabeth Heil and 23-year-old Jaheim T. Gray.
A search warrant at the apartment led to the discovery of heroin and drug paraphernalia, police say.
Troy Gray was charged with third, fifth and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic needle and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Jaheim Gray was arrested for third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Heil was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic needle.
Troy and Jaheim Gary were both arraigned in Kingston City Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail. Heil was given an appearance ticket. She is due at Kingston City Court at a later date.
