NYSP: Man Sexually Abused Unconscious Victim, More Victims Likely
Police say a Hudson Valley man filmed himself sexually abusing an unconscious victim and believe there are more victims.
On Friday, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 26-year-old Michael J. Innello of Poughkeepsie for two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of unlawful surveillance, all felonies.
Investigators allege Innello filmed himself sexually abusing an unconscious victim who was helpless and incapable of consent.
Michael Innello was arraigned before the town of Pleasant Valley Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation believes there may be additional victims who associated with Innello, who were filmed without their consent.
