New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks recently arrested 26-year-old Michael J. Innello of Poughkeepsie on two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of unlawful surveillance, all felonies. Investigators allege Innello filmed himself sexually abusing an unconscious victim who was helpless and incapable of consent.

Police believed there were more victims and as they continued to investigate a warrant to search Innello's home was granted by the Dutchess County Court. Investigators found Innello possessed five cases of child pornography, police say.

He was charged with five counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony. Innello was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Poughkeepsie Court.
