Man Wanted for Sexually Touching Children in Hudson Valley
Police are asking the public for help in finding a man who is accused of sexually touching a number of Hudson Valley children.
Nicolas A. Durbin, 26, was arrested for sexual abuse after an investigation revealed he sexually touched numerous children under the age of 11, police say.
Durbin is wanted by New York State Police in Middletown after he failed to return to court to answer the charges, officials say. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest from the town of Deerpark Court.
Durbin is described as being a 5’9,” 190-pound white man with black hair and brown eyes. He’s seen wearing glasses in his mugshot.
Anyone with information about Durbin’s whereabouts should contact New York State Police at (845) 677-7300 or email Crimetip@troopers.ny.gov, as soon as possible.
Officials warn, do not take any police-action yourself.
