Long Investigation Leads To Big Heroin Bust, Police Say
A long investigation into heroin sales in Ulster County led to two arrests.
On Wednesday, members of the Kingston Police Department’s Special Investigations unit finished a long investigation into heroin sales throughout the Ulster County.
Following a search warrant at the Kingston home of 43-year-old Shawn T. Bradley and 24-year-old Lillin Elias, detectives allegedly seized a large amount of heroin, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a stolen handgun.
Bradley was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, as well as two-counts each for criminal possession of a weapon, criminal
possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Elias was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Both are being held at the Kingston Police Department pending arraignment in Kingston City Court.
