New Indoor Adventure Park in Wappingers Will Open This Week
It's been a long time coming, but the highly anticipated 80,000 square-foot adventure park on Rt. 9 in Wappingers Falls that has been advertised since summer 2022 is finally ready for business!
An opening date has been set, and soon kids of all ages will be able to run, jump, and play at Fun Max Adventure Park.
80,000 Square Feet of Indoor Fun
The official application to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board was submitted on August 19 of 2022, citing that proposed tenants, Fun Max Adventure Park, planned to renovate the interior of the vacant tenant space in order to construct a new trampoline park. The footprint of the existing building remain the same, with locals recognizing the Alpine Commons space as the former home of the now closed A.C. Moore and Tops Supermarket, formerly Stop and Shop.
Fast forward just about two years, and Fun Max is just about ready for action, with their soft opening scheduled for this Friday, April 5th from 3:30pm-10pm.

Trampolines (a lot of them, even interconnected ones and something referred to as 'super trampoline'), foam pits, dodgeball, basketball, zipline, rock wall, VR and arcade games, a huge indoor playground and toddler area are what visitors to Fun Max Indoor Adventure Park can expect.
Referring to it as an 'exhilarating experience,' the owners of this new trampoline park have shared that the opening represents more than just a new facility, 'it signifies a commitment to fostering a sense of community, well-being, and joy.'
General pricing is based on minutes in the park, with arcade game cards and virtual reality costs separate, and the Fun Max team will be ready to begin booking birthday parties (even for the month of April) starting April 6th and 7th following their opening on the 5th. Birthday party packages and general pricing information can be found below.
