Val started working at WRRV back in 2005, and after a short hiatus doing radio elsewhere, she has been back on the air since 2018. Val loves to take a deep dive into all things alternative rock related which you can hear her talk about each weekday from 3 until 8pm. Always down for a show, Val loves to catch her favorite bands (Shinedown, Pearl Jam, AJR, Coldplay) on tour, and is always up for experiencing new artists live. Val is a Hudson Valley native, and when she isn't at the radio station, is usually on some sort of adventure with her 9 year old daughter.
