One Hudson Valley restaurant gets overlooked for some reason.

I'm still learning about the Hudson Valley and discovering all of the restaurants/bars that are here. It can always be a little risky when you try a new place, but it's great when it turns out to be a good one. There's a spot in the Hudson Valley that I was recently taken to and I think it's one of the must underrated places in the Hudson Valley to get food.

What Hudson Valley restaurant is very underrated?

So, I'm usually not into buffets (unless it's the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom of Disney or 1900 Park Fair at the Grand Floridian in Disney) those are my exceptions. Despite being a skeptic of buffets, I tried one in the Hudson Valley recently and realized it's SOOO GOOD. It's a little hidden, so I don't think people know exactly where it is ( I didn't know for a while). So what buffet am I talking about??

It is...Hudson Buffet in Fishkill, New York.

Hudson Buffet is located on 18 Westage Dr suite 10 in Fishkill and I'm already thinking of my next visit there LOL. The buffet is clean, the people who work there are nice and you never feel rushed out of there when you are dining. My new addiction there is their delicious coconut shrimp and amazing sushi station. I know, at first I was a little skeptical about getting sushi at a buffet, but I'm so glad I tried it because it's AMAZING. I've tried a lot of sushi in life and the sushi at Hudson Buffet is one of the best I've tried. Aw man, I'm already getting hungry just talking about it....LOL.

It's not just me who enjoys the Hudson Buffet, there are many positive reviews for it:

  • Vanessa- "We enjoy the buffet, food is always yummy, service is very prompt and efficient, there is some wear and tear in the environment but the servers do a good job keeping everything tidy. We appreciate that they are open late, and the variety they have"
  • Nane- "The food is freshly prepared and delicious, with clean food stations. Servers efficiently clear away dirty dishes and promptly offer drink refills. They are also very friendly. There's a good variety of food, and the fresh shellfish and ripe fruits stand out. Overall, it's the best Chinese buffet I've had in years."
  • Drea- "The buffet spot had parking, a plus, was fairly crowded. There was much food variety to choose from. I enjoyed the shrimp, veggies, french fries and vanilla ice-cream. The bathroom and hospitality could use some improvement."

I wonder if they all have tried the sushi.....

Why is Hudson Buffet in Fishkill underrated?

To be honest...I think it gets hidden in the busy plaza it's located in. I've been to to that part of Fishkill multiple times, but never knew the Hudson Buffet was there or what was even in that part of building. It happens to all of us, sometimes things are out of sight, out of mind and it gets lost in the shuffle. However, I'm soooo glad I know about it now LOL.

So now you know about Hudson Buffet and you can go and get some delicious food there.
