Hudson Valley Teen Found With Lots of Child Porn, Police Say
A Dutchess County teen is accused of owning child porn.
On Tuesday, New York State Police in Rhinebeck arrested 19-year-old Elias M. Econopouly of Milan for four counts of possession of a sexual performance of a child, a class E felony.
An investigation by State Police in Rhinebeck and the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit developed evidence of possible child pornography, police say. A search warrant was granted the Dutchess County Court. Execution of the warrant found Econopouly was in possession of multiple sexual performances by children, according to New York State Police.
Econopouly was arraigned before the town of Milan Court and remanded to the supervision of Dutchess County Probation.
