A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after police allegedly discovered child porn in his home.

On Wednesday, Detectives from the Saugerties Police Department, the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force and New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit continued ongoing investigation into the receiving and dissemination of child pornography and executed a search warrant at a home on Shear Road in the Town of Saugerties.

As a result of the search warrant, 25-year-old Benjamin O. Debrosky was arrested on charges of possessing child pornography. A number of computers located within the home were seized, police say.

Debrosky was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a felony. He was arraigned in Town of Saugerties Justice Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail $10,000 bond.
