On Thursday, the Orange County Executive’s Office and Legislature recognized Port Jervis City School District eighth-grader Charlie Wiley.

8 New York Restaurants Make List Of Food Networks Best Burgers In The Country

In a recent list of the "100 Best Burgers In America" from Food Network, New York made the list 8 times. The list from Food Network highlights over 105 restaurants from across America where you can find the best burgers. To have 8 slots is pretty cool.

Here's a look at those 8:

"We are proud of Charlie’s accomplishments and enjoyed having her visit the Legislative Chambers with her family this afternoon," the Orange County Executive’s Office wrote on Facebook on Thursday.

Last month, Charlie became the first girl to win a Section 9 wrestling championship in the boys' division.

"Congratulations Charlie Wylie! Charlie is the first female Section 9 wrestling champion. She will be competing in the state tournament in Albany," the Port Jervis City School District wrote on Facebook. "We are so proud of you!"

Last month, Charlie and the Port Jervis Wrestling team competed in the Division 2 Sectional Championships at Liberty High School.

Not only did Charlie make Section 9 wrestling history, but she dominated!

Charlie pinned her opponents in the quarterfinals, semifinals, and then finals at 102 pounds in less than a minute, according to Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus.

Charlie was also named the tournament's most outstanding wrestler.

Charlie helped her Raiders take home their 5th consecutive Section 9 championship.

Teammates Trevor Tufano (110 pounds) won his 3rd section title. Ryan Ross (145 pounds) won his 2nd section title. Ivan Figueroa (189 pounds) and Matt Oosterom (215 pounds) each won their 1st section titles.
