Dutchess County Man Accused of Owning Child Porn
A Dutchess County man was arrested for allegedly possessing child porn.
New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie arrested 52-year-old Eric J. Buckley of Beekman for possession of a sexual performance performed by a child, a class E felony.
A joint investigation between the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and SP Poughkeepsie Bureau of Criminal Investigation led to the application of a search warrant which was executed on May 14. After an initial analysis of the evidence, Buckley was arrested for possessing child pornography, police say.
Buckley was arraigned before the town of Pleasant Valley Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 secure bond.
