As the Hudson Valley digs out from Winter Storm Ezekiel another system may bring snow showers to the region.

According to Hudson Valley Weather, an Alberta Clipper system is forecast to bring scattered snow showers from I-84 on north, mostly in the upper parts of the Hudson Valley and the Catskills.

A dusting to a half-inch of snow is possible for those parts on Friday afternoon.

A slight shift in the system could bring more snow to the Hudson Valley, Hudson Valley Weather warns.

The National Weather Service is predicting less than an inch of snow for the "Mid Hudson Valley." Areas north of the region could see 1 to 4 inches of snow.

The Weather Channel believes a few flurries or snow showers are possible in Dutchess County and scattered snow showers will fall in Ulster County in the morning. Orange County and south shouldn't see snow.
