Wanted New Jersey Man Found In Hudson Valley
A wanted New Jersey man was found and arrested by police in the Hudson Valley.
On Thursday around 3:45 p.m., a trooper from the Troop K Commercial Vehicle Unit was conducting vehicle inspections on Interstate 84 in the City of Beacon.
An investigation determined that the driver, 23-year-old Alex Mondragon from Paterson, N.J., was wanted in New Jersey. Mondragon had an active arrest warrant for theft, a felony, from Sussex County, New Jersey, police say.
Mondragon was arraigned at the Town of Wappinger Court and he was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail with no bail.
