A Westchester man is behind bars without bail after police allegedly found heroin, crack cocaine and three cell phones during a traffic stop in Sullivan County.

On Saturday around 3 p.m., deputies from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle for an alleged violation on the State Route 42 overpass in the Town of Thompson.

The driver, 37-year-old Mykell Gray of White Plains, was found to be in possession of 67 bags of heroin, 24 bags of crack cocaine and three cellphones, police say.

Gray was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, all felonies.

He was arraigned in the Town of Thompson Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
