Stolen Credit Card Leads to Charges in Saugerties
Victoria L. Davis, 20, of Saugerties has been arrested by the Saugerties Police Department Detective Division following an investigation of a stolen credit card.
Davis stands accused of using the victim's credit card to make purchases throughout both the Town and Village of Saugerties between July 9 and Aug. 13. Running up purchases in excess of $300 resulted in charges in both jurisdictions. The suspect was issued an appearance ticket for town court on felony charges of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property along with misdemeanor charges of criminal impersonation and identity theft.
An appearance ticket for Davis to appear in village court to answer charges of criminal possession, a felony, along with criminal impersonation and identity theft, both of which are Misdemeanors.
