
Fatal Mid-Hudson Bridge Accident Tops Last Week’s News

Two people were killed on the Mid-Hudson Bridge early Wednesday morning. 50-Year-old Mark Ashby and Steven Vaughn died after Vaughn crossed into oncoming traffic on the bridge.
Officials allege that prior to the fatal accident, Vaughan was fleeing a stabbing in Poughkeepsie. A 39-year-old woman from Hyde Park was in very critical condition. She's been upgraded to stable.
