Level 3 has the highest risk of a repeat offense, Level 1 has the lowest risk. Level P means the risk of a repeat offense hasn’t been determined yet.
According to the New York State Sex Offenders Database, 2,104 sex offenders live in the Hudson Valley. In terms of counties, here is the order from most to least; Westchester, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Rockland, Columbia, Putnam.
