Two Convicted Sex Offenders Move In Hudson Valley
Police are warning the public about two sex offenders who are now living in the Hudson Valley. One had sex with a girl while he was her babysitter. The other is moving to the area from North Dakota.

The 72-year-old was convicted of sodomy in July of 1987. While serving as a young girl’s babysitter, the level 3 sex offender had sex with a girl in Ulster County when the child was six and seven-years old. In 1987, he was sentenced to 54 months to nine years in prison.
Salbino Depina who was convicted of having sex with a girl in North Dakota. He recently moved from North Dakota to North Hamilton Street in Poughkeepsie.
The 27-year-old had sex with a 10-year-old girl from North Dakota in 2008, according to the New York State Sex Offender Registry. The level 2 sex offender was sentenced to one year in prison.
Yesterday, local police sent out a massive updated list that warns the public about eight sex offenders who are now living in the Hudson Valley.
Level 3 sex offenders are considered a high risk of a repeat offense and a threat to the public.
Level 2 sex offenders have a moderate risk of a repeat offense.
