Police: Hudson Valley Man Owned, Shared Child Porn
A Hudson Valley man is under arrest over allegations he owned and shared child porn.
On Tuesday, City of Newburgh detectives, working in conjunction with agents from Homeland Security Investigations, arrested 33-year-old David Morse of the City of Newburgh following an investigation into child pornography.
Morse was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child, both felonies.
