Suffern Police responded to a 911 call of a report of an assault taking place on Oakdale Manor in Suffern. The woman claims she was sleeping in her apartment with her toddler when her ex-boyfriend, 25-year-old Darwin Vasquez, of Spring Valley, began to punch and slap her in the face.
