New York’s ‘Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade’ Still Happening
Despite the coronavirus, New York's "Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade" will still happen in the Hudson Valley.

Village of Monroe officials announced Friday morning the 306-foot long parade will start at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The parade starts at on Millpond Parkway, near The Depot Cigar & Candle, in Monroe and ends on Bourbon Street.
After the 306-foot long parade the "exhausted marchers" will be able to purchase corned beef and cabbage, officials said.
Allison Murphy, a 2016 Monroe-Woodbury graduate, will make her third appearance as Grand Marshall.
