‘Loser’ Trump Files ‘Desperation’ Lawsuit in Hudson Valley, New York
Donald Trump is seeking $100 million in damages in a lawsuit he filed in the Hudson Valley.

Former President Donald Trump sued his niece, Mary Trump, and the New York Times over a story about his tax records.
The lawsuit, filed in Dutchess County, alleges his niece, the New York Times newspaper and three New York Times reporters were "motivated by a personal vendetta" to "engaged in an insidious plot" to obtain and release his private records. You can read the full lawsuit below:

The lawsuit seeks damages of $100 million from the New York Times and Mary Trump.
The lawsuit states Mary Trump breached a 2001 confidentiality agreement when she was "convinced" by the Times "to smuggle" out his tax information and give them to the New York Times.
It also accuses New York Times reporters, Susanne Craig, David Barstow and Russell Buettner, of working with Mary Trump because of a "vendetta" against him.
Mary Trump told the Daily Beast the lawsuit reeks of "desperation."
"I think he is a loser, and he is going to throw anything against the wall he can,” Mary Trump told the Daily Beast. “It’s desperation. The walls are closing in and he is throwing anything against the wall that will stick. As is always the case with Donald, he’ll try and change the subject.”
