NYUP.com looked into the most recent data, the 2016-2017 school year, from the New York State Department of Education to find out the top 50 public schools in "Upstate New York" with the highest number of suspensions per 100 students.

School suspensions are used to grade schools beyond their student's test scores.

Only public schools teaching students in grades 9-12 were included in the list. The following schools were also omitted.
