5 Arrested, Including 4 Teens, on Guns and Drugs Possession

5 Dutchess County residents, 4 that are teenagers, were arrested after police say they were in possession of drugs and loaded guns.

Wednesday around 5:00 p.m., officers from the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department stopped a blue Ford Mustang in the area of 190 Mill Street. According to authorities, marijuana and two loaded handguns were found inside the car.

Michael Azua, 19, 16-year-old Zaire Birks, Rayshawn Casanova, 20, 17-Year-Old Isaiah Douglas, and Shaquan Perrin, 18, all from Poughkeepsie were all arrested. Police did not release their charges.

All were arraigned in Poughkeepsie City Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on the following bails:

Azua $100,000 cash $200,000 bond. Birks $25,000 cash $50,000 bond. Douglas $50,000 cash $100,000 bond. Perrin S50,000 cash $100,000 bond. Casanova $100,000 cash $200,000 bond.
