Five women were arrested for allegedly practicing massage without a license in Orange County. Three were also accused of prostitution.

On Thursday, the Orange County Drug Task Force and the Town of Wallkill Police Department conducted a joint unlicensed massage and prostitution sting in the Town of Wallkill.

Police focused on three businesses: the Warm Spa on Tower Drive and King Relaxation and 211 Spa, both on Route 211 East.

Hong Li, 54, from Flushing; 52-year-old Chunzi Cui of Middletown; 41-year-old Oh Mihwa Milczanowski of Ulster Park; Yeonhwa Ma, 46, of Flushing; and Heo Seoncock of New Jersey were all charged with practicing without a license, a felony.

Cui and Milczanowski additional received a misdemeanor charge of prostitution.

The press release from the Orange County District Attorney’s Office mentioned that three were charged with prostitution. However, only two women were listed with prostitution charges. Phone calls about this were not immediately returned.

The Warm Spa and King Relaxation were cited by the Town of Wallkill Building Department for building code infractions.
