Wanted Ulster County Man Found Hiding Under Bed
A wanted Ulster County man was allegedly found hiding from police under a bed, while violating an order of protection.
On Saturday around 10:30 p.m., Saugerties police responded to Clermont Street in Saugerties for a unwanted person in violation of an Order of Protection.
Upon arrival, 32-year-old Kevin Green of Kingston was found hiding under a bed, police say.
Green was arrested for criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and for violating an order of protection. As police investigated they learned that Green was wanted for a parole violation. He was also charged for being a parole absconder.
Green was processed and transported to Ulster County Jail on the parole warrant and is being held without bail.
