Ulster County Teen Accused of Raping Female Teen

An Ulster County teenage boy is accused of having sex and oral sex with a 14-year-old girl.

On July 7, 2015, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a 16-year-old male engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sex with a young girl. Officials say, during the investigation it’s alleged that the boy performed oral sex on and had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl on at least one occasion.

Tuesday, the male was charged with 3rd-degree rape and 3rd-degree criminal sexual act, both class E felonies.

The defendant’s name is being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status.

He was arraigned in the Town of Rochester Court and released on his own recognizance with an order of protection to stay away from the victim. He is due back in the Town of Rochester Court at a later date for further court proceedings.
