Suspect Reportedly Robs Hudson Valley Bank of Over $100,000
Police are hoping for help in finding a man who reportedly held up a Hudson Valley bank at gunpoint and ran off with over $100,000 in cash.
On Tuesday just before noon, Town of Fishkill police responded to the Trustco Bank located in Dutchess Park on Route 52 for a report of a robbery. Authorities were told a dark-skinned white man about 5'7" with a beard displayed a semi-automatic handgun and demanded money.
The man fled the scene in either a white Dodge Ram pick-up truck, after he was given $100,000 in cash, according to NewsSource. A Town of Fishkill police spokesperson confirmed the robbery to Hudson Valley Post but wouldn't confirm how much money was stolen.
The man was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black vest, jeans and white sneakers. Anyone with information is asked to call the Town of Fishkill Police Department.
