Gas is a hot button issue right now, especially when it comes to finding the cheapest across New York State.

I think we all can agree that we play favorites when it comes to picking where we are going to fuel up and there are a few factors.

Of course, gas price is one, but other factors include accessibility and snacks, right? The website Yee Yee apparel recently shared a map of the United States and broke down what was the most popular gas station in each state.

New York had one of the most unique results: Stewart's Shops!

We're not sure how Yee Yee gathered their data, but the map seems pretty legit to us.

Where is Your Favorite Gas Station?

While we trust what Yee Yee has to say, we did a little more digging.

In a report published in March of 2026 by DataPandas.org, they broke down the most popular gas station by state.

Stewart's Shops made the list of the most popular in New York, but they did not take the number 1 spot. That went to Speedway.

Either way, we know Stewart's Shops hold  a special place in the hearts of many across New York State.
