The Hudson Valley is still recovering from Tuesday's thunderstorms. Here's what you can expect during your morning commute.

Local school districts have either delayed or closed on Wednesday as cleanup continues from the storm. Downed trees and power lines have shut schools in Beacon, Monticello, Pine Bush, Wappingers Falls and other areas. You can see which schools are closed or delayed on our online database.

Metro North is reporting very limited service between Poughkeepsie and Croton Harmon. Trees on tracks halted service for hours on Tuesday and will continue to trigger delays throughout the morning commute.

Many roads are still blocked by trees. Several areas in Sullivan County still have closed roadways. Dutchess County sustained the most damage from Beacon to the Village of Wappingers Falls in the corridor between Routes 9 and 9D. Traffic lights are out and power lines are still down on some roadways.

Central Hudson and Orange and Rockland are reporting scattered outages throughout the Mid Hudson Valley.
