Police in Dutchess County Update Sex Offender Information

Police in Dutchess County are providing residents of an updated list of high level sex offenders living the area. According to the Town of East Fishkill Detective Division there are 9 level 1, 3 level 2, and 1 level 3 sex offenders living near East Fishkill.

The higher the level the greater risk to the public and increased chance of a repeat offense.

The Detective Division maintains a strict monitoring of these individuals to ensure the residents, businesses and child care facilities are safe from these individuals.

Below is the list of level 2 and 3 sex offenders living near East Fishkill, according to East Fishkill Police.

LEVEL 3

David Kiene – Homeless, Dutchess County: Kiene was convicted of unlawful imprisonment and sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl in 1996. The 43-year-old was sentenced to 3 years probation and must register as a sex offender for life.  Officials  say Kiene is homeless in Dutchess county. He’s listed as a 5’7”, 140 pound white male, with brown hair and blue eyes.

LEVEL 2

Paul D. Reali – Hillside Lake Road, Wappingers Falls: Reali was convicted of raping a 12 year-old girl, sexual contact, and disseminating indecent materials to minors in 2009.  The 45-year-old was sentence to 8 years in prison and is designated a sexually violent offender. The Wappinger Falls resident is listed as a 5’11”, 197 white male, with black hair, and brown eyes.

Randy Lockwood – Route 52, Hopewell Junction: Lockwood was convicted of raping a 15-year-old girl in 2015. The 34-year-old was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 10-years probation. The Hopewell Junction man is listed as a 5’4”, 135 pound white male, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.
