Hudson Valley Teen With Cerebral Palsy Participates In Police Ride-Along
A teen from the local area with Cerebral Palsy was able join local law enforcement for a ride-along.
On Monday, 19-year-old Brock Hathaway of Copake participated in a ride along with New York State Police from Livingston.
Hathaway, who has Cerebral Palsy, collects patches from all law enforcement agencies and fire departments. While visiting with members stationed at Livingston, the teen was given a New York State Police Centennial T-shirt, patch and Troop K Challenge Coin.
Brock is a big supporter of law enforcement and the fire services, police say. Troopers from Livingston would like to help Brock get more patches! Any police or fire agencies with shoulder patches that they would like to donate to Brock is asked to mail them to: Brock Hathaway C/O the New York State Police - Livingston, 3353 Route 9, Hudson, New York, 12534.
