Hudson Valley Mom, New York Man Accused of Child Porn With Son

"Unfathomable." A Hudson Valley mom allegedly "sexually violated and exploited her own child in unspeakable ways."

On Monday, officials announced a Brooklyn man and Yonkers mom were charged with production, receipt, and disruption of child porn.

Jonathan Rivera, 33, of Brooklyn, and 22-year-old Dilicia Aguirre-Orellana of Yonkers were recently arrested for production and receipt and distribution of child pornography. Aguirre-Orellana was also charged with possession of child pornography.

“The level of depravity alleged in the charges filed today against Mr. Rivera is nearly unfathomable," FBI Assistant Director Michael J. Driscoll said.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York alleges Aguirre-Orellana was contacted online by Rivera of Brooklyn back in December 2021. Rivera persuaded the Hudson Valley mom to make videos of herself performing sex acts on her son and send them to him, officials say.

“Allegedly at the behest of Jonathan Rivera, Dilicia Aguirre-Orellana is accused of one of the most heinous acts imaginable – the sexual assault of prepubescent children – including the sexual abuse and video recording of her four-year-old son," U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said. "We believe there may be more victims of these alleged crimes."

At Rivera's direction, Aguirre-Orellana made videos of herself touching her son's genitals, performing oral sex, and sending them to Rivera, according to the criminal complaint.

“As alleged in this case, Dilicia Aguirre-Orellana sexually violated and exploited her own child in unspeakable ways," Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah said.

The FBI is looking for other victims after Rivera told law enforcement he engaged in similar conversations with other women via messaging apps, including WhatsApp, Badoo, Telegram, and Facebook.
