On Saturday, a 2001 Ford Excursion limousine was traveling on State Route 30 and failed to stop at the intersection with State Route 30A in Schoharie.

The limousine traveled across the intersection into a parking lot and struck a parked Toyota Highlander. The Highlander then struck and killed two pedestrians standing nearby.

James Schnurr, 70, of Kerhonkson was one of the two pedestrians, according to New York State Police.

On Tuesday, New York State Police identified all 20 victims.
