Did a Time Traveler Attend a 1995 Mike Tyson Fight?

Many people believe that a time traveler attended a 1995 Mike Tyson fight. Do you?

A now viral video that was posted on Youtube shows what appears to be a smart phone being used to record Tyson’s fight in 1995 vs. Peter McNeeley in Las Vegas.

The video shows a spectator holding up a big white square object with a camera lens.

As you can see in the picture above it really does look like a cellphone you’d see in 2016. But in 1995 cell phones were very uncommon and the first camera phone wasn’t sold until 5 years after the Tyson-McNeeley battle.

The 1995 fight was billed as “He’s Back.” It marked Tyson’s first professional boxing fight in over 4 years following his rape conviction.

Tyson, who lived, trained, and attended high school in the Catskills, won the fight in 89 seconds. That doesn’t seem like a fight someone would travel back in time to attend.

But the fight was in Vegas, so it’s possible the alleged time traveler came to place a bet on the fight or stop his old self from making a bad bet.

According to Metro UFO spotter Scott C Waring explains, "What we have here is a time traveler coming back to watch their favorite fighter and sitting in the front row seats.”

Could it be a time traveler? Metro thinks the chances of that are slim and the smart phone in the video is likely a digital camera. What do you think?
