A teenager driving in the upper Hudson Valley was charged with his second DWI in the last four months and possession of marijuana.
New York State Police from New Lebanon were sent to help with a disabled car on Chatham Street. While talking with the driver, 19-year-old Roscoe A. Quint, of Schodack police say they observed clues that the teenager was intoxicated.
Quint was also allegedly in possession of around seven grams of marijuana.

Troopers say Quint was charged with a felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI-related conviction from April of 2016. He was additionally charged with operating a motor vehicle that was not equipped with an interlock device.
Quint was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Kinderhook Court on Sept. 12.
