Taco Bell Opening New Location in Hudson Valley, More Coming Soon
In the very near future, Taco Bell is opening a new location in the Hudson Valley. The company is also actively looking to open many more restaurants throughout the region.
Royal Properties, Inc. announced Taco Bell signed a 10-year lease for 2,500 square feet at Big V Town Centre in the Vails Gate part of New Windsor.
“Taco Bell is a perfect addition to Big V’s already strong tenant mix. With Taco Bell and newly signed Planet Fitness now on board, we look forward to bringing in more great retailers to this center,” Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc., who was the sole broker in this transaction, said in a press release.
The Big V Town Centre is a 241,720 square foot shopping center located on the high-volume retail corridor of Route 32. Taco Bell will join a newly signed Planet Fitness at the shopping center which includes ShopRite, AT&T, Goodwill, Mattress Firm, Burger King and more at the shopping center. Nearby retailers include Price Chopper, Hannaford, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Verizon, Starbucks, Pet Supplies Plus, Rite Aid and more.
An official opening date hasn't been set, but Meshil tells Hudson Valley Post a late spring opening is being targeted.
Taco Bell also has hopes of building more restaurants throughout the Hudson Valley. Royal Properties, on behalf of Taco Bell, is looking for 800 to 2,100 square foot sites in Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester and Rockland counties.
