A traffic stop led to an Orange County man’s arrested for possession of crack cocaine and weed.

New York State Police in Montgomery charged 48-year-old Keith Rhodes of Highland Falls for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Rhodes was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana after his vehicle was stopped for traffic infractions on State Route 9W in the Town of Cornwall, police say.

Rhodes was arraigned in the Town of Cornwall Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Cornwall Court on Jan. 25.
