A highly rated pizza place in Kingston, NY, has announced that it is permanently closing later this month.

Over the years, the Kingston, NY area has witnessed the opening and closing of numerous pizza places. Back in 2022, we learned that Tony's Pizzeria, a Kingston landmark, would be closing after serving pizza for 84 years.

Soon after the closure, we learned that a new pizza place would be opening soon, a few doors down from where Tony's was located, to the delight of many residents.

New Pizza Place Opens in Kingston, NY

Ollie's Slice Shop, located at 580 Broadway in Kingston, NY, opened in 2023, giving pizza lovers in Kingston the opportunity to enjoy some great pizza in a small, quaint location.

Unfortunately, after only two years, the slice shop, which is ranked as one of the top five pizza places in Kingston, has announced that it will be closing soon.

Ollie's Slice Shop Closing in Kingston, NY

According to a recent post on Ollie's Facebook page, the shop's last day open will be on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025. The post stated,

"This little Slice Shop in the heart of Kingston was a dream, but sadly it’s time to say goodbye. The last day of Ollie’s in Midtown will be Saturday November 22nd. We’re so proud of this venture and what it brought to the neighborhood - come send us off with a bang! We love you Kingston ❤️‍🔥"

 

Ollie's Pizza High Falls, NY

The midtown Kingston location is the second Ollie's location in Ulster County, as the owners operate the Ollie's in High Falls at 4 Bruceville Road in High Falls, NY.
